Typical use: prepare a Solana wallet to receive USDC or other SPL tokens before sending funds or using bridge flows. Cost: 0.4 USDC per call, paid on Base. The endpoint checks via Solana RPC whether the ATA already exists; if it already exists at execution time or creation fails, the server attempts to refund the 0.4 USDC payment on Base.
