Env File Audit

Audit a .env file and compare it with an example. Reports a duplicate name, where loaders disagree over which wins; an unquoted value with a trailing comment or space, kept by some loaders and trimmed by others; an interpolation of a name the file does not define, which most loaders substitute as empty so the value is silently incomplete; a required name absent or empty; and a name present in one file and not the other. No value is ever returned.
