Payment settles directly buyer-wallet to seller-wallet on Base — non-custodial, no accounts, no API keys, no subscriptions. 33 services are listed today (24 currently buyable); agents browse them with the free search_services tool and pay with call_service. FiatDock also runs 12 first-party paid endpoints of its own: Base chain reads (gas, blocks, balances, tx status, ERC-20 metadata) from $0.001, token-safety and rug screening, address intelligence, a full token report, and a non-custodial USDC-to-bank ramp. Five tools are free and need no wallet at all.
